Points move constantly. You can rise or drop anytime.

Everyone starts at 150. Every vote moves the score up or down — but it's not always by the same amount.

A run of votes in the same direction builds momentum: the 2nd downvote in a row hits harder than the 1st, the 3rd harder than the 2nd, up to a cap of 5x. One vote from the other direction breaks the streak and resets it back to normal.
